OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Staunch-Productions LTD, company number 16091743, of registered address
10 Redmason Road, Ardleigh, COLCHESTER, Essex, CO7 7SW, United
Kingdom.(“we”, “us”, “our”) are the production company who make My
Question My Date and the data controller for the purposes of casting,
development, production and/or distribution of My Question My Date and/or
as otherwise agreed between us. As the data controller, we are the
organisation who collects, handles, uses, stores and/or processes (together
“Process”) any personal data and/or sensitive personal data (together “Data”)
you may share with us and/or that we may receive about you.

2(i). References in these Terms and Conditions to: (i) “My Question My Date”
shall mean the programme and/or series entitled “My Question My Date” and
(including any re-edited, re-voiced, reformatted, updated or compilation or any
other versions thereof or further series or spin-offs) and/or other content; and (ii)
the “Broadcaster” shall mean the broadcaster of My Question My Date currently
being broadcast (… )together with any subsequent broadcaster.

2(ii) My Question My Date is a Christian blind date documentary series that help
people find meaningful, long-lasting relationships from a pool of other singletons
and captures the highs and lows of interaction with burning questions and their
first dates on camera. Each episode will feature series of burning questions and
intimate first date. In-depth of questions and interviews will help the viewers get
to know the daters. Each episode will consist of 6 people: one suitor with 2
confidants, and 3 prospects/possible matches. In the end based the suitor will
choose the prospect that satisfied his/her question best. when they meet in the
end, they will tell us what their thoughts are about each other and if a 2 nd date is
on the cards.

3 (i). These application terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all
individuals who apply and/or otherwise indicate to us that they wish to be considered
to take part in My Question My Date (“apply/ing”) which we propose but do not
undertake to produce.

3 (ii). By applying for My Question My Date through registration and casting you
agree to comply with the terms of participants in force at that time of joining and
attending. You should read carefully and understand this Agreement before
registering with or using the Web Site. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you
must not register or cast. We reserve the right to update these terms at any point,
however you will receive a notification of any changes by email which will give you
the opportunity to opt-out. If you decide to opt-out of any revised terms and
conditions you will no longer be able to participate in My Question My Date and your
registration will be revoked without compensation.

3(iii). My Question My Date is a cast for relationship that is between two opposite
sexes from birth, that is, male and female. Our services are strictly for those who
share the same belief. By registering for My Question My Date, you have agreed to
this terms or belief.

3 (iv). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Application Date” shall
mean the date on which you apply to take part in My Question My Date, whether by
completing and returning an application form to us or otherwise. For purposes of this
Agreement, the term “participant” refers only to persons who have become a full, trial
or register for My Question My Date, or who have registered their details or
completed, or part completed a register, or who have participated as a cast member
of My Question My Date.

3 (v) Registration is only completed once you have: - Receive questionnaire form –
Completed and returned your registration form by email – Submit questionnaire form
– Paid the one-off payment of £250 if you registered as a Prospect and one-off
payment of £450 as a Suitor - Received a confirmation email for your registration
and payment. We accept payment by credit or debit card. Note, the one-off fees are
only for one session cast. If you must register for another casting, a new fee will
apply.

4 (i). All individuals applying to take part in My Question My Date MUST:
a. Be over 18 years old as of the application date and can form a legally binding
contract under the laws of England and Wales.
b. Agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about
yourself when you complete the registration/application.
c. Be single ready to settle down (in marriage), and not in a sexual relationship
of any kind.
d. Be looking for meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
e. Agree to pursuit opposite sexes from birth.
f. Living in the UK as a legal resident and can provide evidence when required.

4 (ii) By applying to take part in My Question My Date, whether by completing and
returning an application form to us or otherwise, you confirm and agree that you
comply with all the Eligibility Requirements.

4 (iii) If you do not meet the above requirement, you should not access or use the
service. If your circumstances change and you no longer meet all or part of the
Eligibility Requirements, you agree to notify us promptly by email at …

5 (i) You acknowledge and agree that we may undertake background checks as part
of the casting process. You agree to provide (or assist us in obtaining) further
information, documentation, references and/or evidence as requested by us for the
purpose verifying you comply with the Eligibility Requirements and undertaking
background checks.

5 (ii) Participation in My Question My Date will be subject to all necessary
paperwork, background checks, references and/or consents as requested by us
being promptly completed and returned to us (which may include without limitation
information regarding your health and/or criminal and/or civil actions and/or
convictions).

5 (iii) Unless we state otherwise, you acknowledge that we do not undertake criminal
record checks on contributors on My Question My Date.

5 (iv) If you or any member of your immediate family and/or household are currently
or in the past twelve months been an employee, contractor, officer, director or agent
of us, the Broadcaster or anyone connected with My Question My Date, you agree to
notify us whether on your application form or otherwise.

6 (i) All applicants for My Question My Date will be assessed at our sole discretion
for their suitability to be put forward to the next stage of the selection process and all
decisions by us shall be final. We reserve the right to refuse any submitted
application. There will be no right of appeal against any decisions taken by us on this
or any matter relating to the casting and/or production of My Question My Date.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of applications we receive, we will only
contact you if you are successful in being selected as a potential contributor for My
Question My Date.

6 (ii) You accept that submission of an application form, compliance with these Terms
and Conditions, receiving a phone call from a member of the production team,
attending an audition and/or attending any recording days DOES NOT constitute an
offer to appear on or automatically mean you will be appearing on My Question My
Date.

6 (iii) We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to stand you down and/or choose
not to film with you and/or use any footage of you at any time during the casting
and/or production process, even if you have been given a date to attend auditions
and/or have been filmed for My Question My Date.

6 (iv) You understand that we reserve the right to vary any element of My Question
My Date and, even if you meet the Eligibility Requirements outlined above, we shall
be have no obligation to produce any episode of My Question My Date, to broadcast
any episode of My Question My Date, or to select you as a contributor, and even if
you are selected we are not obliged to include your Contribution (as defined below)
in My Question My Date.

7 (i) You agree that you will not withhold from us any material fact that may in our
reasonable opinion jeopardise or otherwise impact on My Question My Date or which
might result in publicity adverse to our good name, the Broadcaster and/or My
Question My Date.

7 (ii) You confirm to us that:
(a) any information you provide to us, whether in the application form or otherwise, is
truthful, complete, accurate and not misleading and you have not deceived or
attempted to mislead us or the Broadcaster in any way (including but not limited to in
your identity, single status, experiences, background and/or health);
(b) by reason of your conduct (including past conduct) you shall not bring us and/or
the Broadcaster into disrepute.
(c) you agree to comply with and adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

(d) you will notify us in the event any Data we Process about you is incorrect and/or
requires updating, changing and/or correcting. Please refer to our Privacy Policy use
new link which provides the relevant contact details.

7 (iii) If you are found to have knowingly supplied inaccurate, misleading, or false
information to us, you acknowledge and agree that you may be immediately
disqualified from casting process and/or taking part in My Question My Date.

8 (i) If you are invited to participate in any zoom or skype video calls which shall be
recorded or a filmed master interview as part of the casting selection and/or
production process for My Question My Date and in consideration of us arranging to
film you (and other good and valuable consideration sufficiency of which is
acknowledged by you), you agree to the photographing, recording and filming of your
video call, interview, contribution and/or performance during and in connection with
My Question My Date (“Contribution”) and the use of your Contribution (or any
part(s) thereof) in My Question My Date. Your Contribution may be edited into a
‘sizzle reel’ and provided with the casting and selection process.

8 (ii) You grant to us all necessary rights and consents to permit us to make the
fullest use of the Contribution and/or any information, photographic/video material
submitted by you or filmed or recorded by us as part of your application for and/or
casting selection for and participation in My Question My Date (collectively referred
to as the “Material(s)”) for any purposes connected with the promotion and
exploitation of My Question My Date and/or ancillary products, rights, services and/or
in connection with us and/or the Broadcaster, in any and all media now known or
hereafter invented throughout the world in perpetuity.

8 (iii) You accept that we have the right to edit, copy, adapt and/or translate the
Material(s) and/or Contribution as we see fit, and you irrevocably waive the benefits
of and agree not to assert any provision of law known as "moral rights" or any similar
laws of any jurisdiction.

8 (iv) You agree that we have no obligation whatsoever to return any Material(s)
whether or not you are selected as a contributor for My Question My Date and that
we are in no way obligated to use any of the Material(s) in connection with My
Question My Date
8 (v) You grant us the right to use your name, voice, likeness, photographs and any
biographical material concerning you in My Question My Date and in connection with
the casting, development, production, publicity promotion and exploitation of My
Question My Date and/or ancillary products, services and/or rights and/or in
connection with us and/or the Broadcaster, throughout the world in all media in
perpetuity.

9. You will keep strictly confidential and will not without our prior written consent at
any time publish or disclose to any person (including without limitation via the
internet or any social networking sites such as Instagram, Facebook and/or Twitter)
any conversation, information or photographs concerning My Question My Date
and/or the application, selection, filming and/or production process which comes to

your knowledge nor other information relating to us, the Broadcaster or My Question
My Date acquired by you, other than information already in the public domain.

10 (i) To participate in My Question My Date you will be required to give your consent
to the processing of your personal and special category personal data in accordance
with the Staunch-Productions LTD Privacy Policy ( add new link)

10 (ii) As My Question My Date will be a returning series we will keep your details on
file and may contact you at a later date if we feel you would be a good match for a
date on a future series. If you do not want to be considered for any future series of
My Question My Date, you can withdraw your consent to us retaining your personal
data at any time by sending an email to …

11 (i) The rights granted under these Terms and Conditions are freely assignable and
licensable by us.

11 (ii) Any trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, videos and texts featured on
the My Question My Date Casting website and/or in My Question My Date remain
our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, used or represented without our
express prior permission.

11 (iii) You acknowledge and agree that neither us, the Broadcaster nor their
assignees and/or licensees shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim and/or
disappointment suffered, by you (including but not limited to special or consequential
loss, loss of reputation, trespass to property or trespass to person) in connection with
your involvement in My Question My Date, other than death or personal injury
caused by our or the Broadcaster’s (as applicable) negligence or other liability that is
prohibited from being limited or excluded by law.

11 (iv) You agree that you shall not be entitled to injunct or restrain the transmission
of My Question My Date or the use of the Material(s) and/or any programmes and/or
ancillary use which includes the Material(s) (or any part of it).

11 (v) Failure by us to take action in respect of the breach by you of any provisions of
these Terms and Conditions shall not be interpreted as constituting a waiver by us of
the right to take action in future in respect of such a breach.

11 (vi) These Terms and Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
